We are based in Frisco and work throughout Collin, Denton and north Dallas counties, including Plano, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, The Colony, Little Elm, Lewisville, Carrollton, Richardson, Denton and Dallas.

After a free on-site walk-through we send a written proposal with a fixed price, a scope by area, the products and colors, and a schedule. There are no hourly surprises; changes are priced in writing before the work is done.

We carry general liability, workers' compensation and commercial auto coverage, and we can name your company or property manager as additional insured. Certificates of insurance are sent with the proposal.

We use commercial product lines from major manufacturers: low-VOC acrylics for offices, waterborne dryfall for warehouse ceilings, elastomeric for exteriors, and epoxy, urethane and direct-to-metal systems for floors and steel. Product data sheets come with every proposal.

A 3,000 sq ft office suite usually takes two to four evenings. A 100,000 sq ft warehouse interior typically runs two to four weeks depending on deck height, racking and access windows. Your proposal includes a day-by-day schedule.

Yes. We coat floors in sections so part of the building stays in use, and we pick fast-cure systems when you need areas back in service quickly. Most epoxy floors take light foot traffic within 24 hours.

Yes. Interior work carries a two-year workmanship warranty and exterior work carries a three-year workmanship warranty, in addition to the coating manufacturer's product warranty.

We can match brand colors from a Pantone reference, a paint chip or a sample of an existing surface, and we keep your color schedule on file for future touch-ups and expansions.
