Exterior Commercial Painting

North Texas sun, hail and temperature swings are hard on commercial exteriors. We repaint retail centers, office buildings, tilt-wall warehouses and canopies with coatings chosen for heat and UV, and we schedule the work around tenants, parking and customer traffic.

Every exterior starts with preparation: pressure washing, scraping, caulking joints and windows, patching masonry and spot-priming bare areas. We then apply 100% acrylic or elastomeric finishes on stucco, block, tilt-wall and EIFS, and direct-to-metal coatings on canopies, columns, rails and doors. For flat and low-slope roofs we also apply acrylic and silicone roof coatings that reflect heat and extend the life of the roof.

On retail centers we work early mornings and section by section, keeping storefronts and parking open and coordinating sign and storefront masking with each tenant.

You get a color and sheen schedule for each elevation, a phasing plan that shows which side of the building we are on each week, and a single contact for tenant questions. We watch the forecast closely and only coat within the manufacturer's temperature and humidity window, which matters for how long an exterior finish lasts.
