What Facility and Property Managers Say

Most of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals: facility managers, property managers and general contractors who need the job done on time and without disruption.

Here is what a few of them say about working with our crews in Frisco, Plano, Allen and The Colony.

They repainted our whole distribution center at night over three weeks and we never missed a truck. The deck is so much brighter that the floor supervisors noticed the first morning.

Ray M.

Facilities Manager, Frisco

We use them for every suite turnover now. Same colors, same price, and the unit is ready the day they say it will be. Easy to work with.

Danielle K.

Property Manager, Plano

The epoxy floor has taken two years of pallet jacks and still looks good. They ground the slab properly and explained every step before starting.

Carlos R.

Operations Lead, The Colony

Our retail center stayed open the entire time. They worked early, kept the parking lot clean and handled questions from tenants directly.

Jim H.

Owner, Retail Center in Plano

Clear proposal, product data sheets included, and the crew showed up every evening on time. Our staff came in to finished rooms each morning.

Questions and Answers

Commercial Painting FAQ

Straight answers about scheduling, pricing, coatings and warranties for commercial painting in Frisco and the DFW area.

Q1. Do you paint while our business stays open?
Yes. Most of our commercial work is done in occupied buildings. We schedule evenings, overnight shifts and weekends, phase the work by zone, and agree in advance which areas must be usable each morning.
Q2. What areas do you serve?
We are based in Frisco and work throughout Collin, Denton and north Dallas counties, including Plano, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, The Colony, Little Elm, Lewisville, Carrollton, Richardson, Denton and Dallas.
Q3. How do you price a commercial painting project?
After a free on-site walk-through we send a written proposal with a fixed price, a scope by area, the products and colors, and a schedule. There are no hourly surprises; changes are priced in writing before the work is done.
Q4. Are you licensed and insured?
We carry general liability, workers' compensation and commercial auto coverage, and we can name your company or property manager as additional insured. Certificates of insurance are sent with the proposal.
Q5. Which paints and coatings do you use?
We use commercial product lines from major manufacturers: low-VOC acrylics for offices, waterborne dryfall for warehouse ceilings, elastomeric for exteriors, and epoxy, urethane and direct-to-metal systems for floors and steel. Product data sheets come with every proposal.
Q6. How long does a warehouse or office repaint take?
A 3,000 sq ft office suite usually takes two to four evenings. A 100,000 sq ft warehouse interior typically runs two to four weeks depending on deck height, racking and access windows. Your proposal includes a day-by-day schedule.
