TOLLWAY COATINGS
FREE ESTIMATES
(469) 555-0172We repaint occupied warehouses, distribution centers and flex buildings across Frisco and the north Dallas suburbs without stopping your dock doors. Lift-certified crews work in zones around racking, forklifts and shift changes, so your operation keeps moving while the building gets brighter.
A typical warehouse scope covers block or tilt-wall interior walls, steel columns, man doors and frames, office build-outs inside the warehouse, and the open deck overhead. For ceilings we spray waterborne dryfall, which dries to dust before it reaches the floor, so we can work above stored product with minimal masking. A bright white deck can noticeably improve light levels from the existing fixtures.
We finish with the details inspectors and safety managers notice: yellow bollards and guard rails, aisle and pedestrian walkway striping, forklift zones and stencilled floor markings in OSHA-recognized colors.
Your estimator walks the building, measures every wall and deck area, and writes a phased schedule around your receiving and shipping windows. The same foreman runs the job from mobilization to punch list, coordinates lift deliveries, and sends daily progress photos to your facility manager. When we leave, aisles are swept, masking is pulled and every touch-up is signed off with you. We serve Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, The Colony, Little Elm, Lewisville, Carrollton, Richardson, Denton and Dallas.
Every warehouse project gets a written scope, a coating schedule naming the exact products, and a closeout walk. These are the items clients ask us for most often:
Waterborne dryfall on deck, joists and ductwork
Tilt-wall and CMU walls primed and finished in eggshell or semi-gloss
Safety yellow on bollards, rails, rack ends and column guards
Aisle, walkway and forklift-zone striping with stencils
Phased night and weekend work around shipping windows
