The tenant wanted a clean, branded look in the main bay: charcoal walls to hide scuffs from carts and pallets, and a bright floor that reflects light. We primed and painted the insulated panel walls in a dark semi-gloss, then diamond-ground the slab and installed a two-coat epoxy with a urethane topcoat.
Walls were finished first with the floor protected, then the floor coating went down in two sections so the tenant could start staging racking in half the building while the second half cured. Scope: Wall priming and dark semi-gloss finish; diamond grinding and crack repair; two-coat epoxy with urethane topcoat; phased floor install for early occupancy. Completed February 2025.
