The canopy columns had peeling paint, rust bleeding at the bases and dents from vehicle contact. We scraped and sanded the columns to sound coating, treated the bases with a rust-inhibitive primer and finished with a high-build acrylic urethane in bright white that resists dirt and UV.
Because the branch could not close its drive-thru during business hours, we worked Saturday afternoons and Sundays only, coning off one lane at a time and leaving the site clean for Monday. Scope: Scraping and sanding of columns and beams; rust-inhibitive primer at column bases; acrylic urethane topcoat; weekend-only scheduling. Completed May 2025.
