Client:
Home builder

Location:
Prosper, TX
The builder needed the model to look new again after a year of foot traffic. We protected the kitchen, cabinets and finished floors, repainted walls and coffered ceilings, refreshed trim, and refinished the arched double entry doors in black.
The house stayed open for appointments on weekends, so we worked weekdays and left it show-ready every evening. Scope: Full masking of cabinetry and floors; walls and coffered ceilings repainted; trim and doors refinished; show-ready cleanup daily. Completed April 2025.
