Long corridors had dents, scuffs and mismatched touch-ups from years of tenant moves. We repaired damaged drywall, primed patches and repainted walls, door frames and the lobby areas in a neutral, scrubbable eggshell chosen by the property manager.
Floors were protected with rosin paper and taped edges, and the crew worked overnight so tenants and visitors never had to walk past wet paint. Scope: Drywall dent and gouge repair; scrubbable eggshell in corridors; door frames refinished; overnight shifts in common areas. Completed November 2024.
