Our scope covered office and break-room walls, a deep green feature wall at the entry, warehouse walls and the floor coating across the work areas. We sequenced around racking installers and electricians and finished the epoxy floor before the final racking was set.
The GC received daily progress photos and a closeout package with product data sheets and color schedules for the owner's maintenance file. Scope: Office, break room and corridor painting; feature wall in brand color; epoxy floor coating in work areas; closeout package with product data. Completed June 2025.
