We primed new drywall and applied scrubbable, low-odor finishes suited to frequent cleaning in exam rooms and corridors. Hollow metal frames and doors were finished in a durable semi-gloss enamel.
The work was sequenced between flooring, casework and ceiling grid installers to keep the build-out on its opening date. Scope: New drywall priming; scrubbable low-odor wall finish; semi-gloss enamel on frames; coordination with other trades. Completed August 2025.
